Excursion Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made more than 7 days before the scheduled start time of the activity. If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity, a fee of 25% will be charged; if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the activity, a fee of 50% will be charged. In the event of a no-show at the scheduled time of the booked tour, the reservation is considered canceled without a refund.

No refunds for same-day cancellations.

This activity is weather-dependent. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.

If a traveler decides to cancel after the start of the activity, no refund will be granted.

For open group excursions: a minimum number of travelers is required for this activity to take place. If it is canceled because this condition is not met, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be issued. This does not apply to private excursions.
